Summoned early on by Mama Inferi XIII, Cupid's time in the Pit was anything but positive. They carried that trauma with them after the summoning, determined to make up for the blood that quite literally stains their hands by being helpful in any way necessary. They have severe anxiety, and this manifests frequently in extended rambles that tend to irk the people around them. Most people at the Ministry when asked about Cupid will say she's nice, she's just a little....much.
She remains best friends with Deimos, Terzo's right hand office ghoul—the two are nearly inseperable most of the time. She's close with a few of the Ghost ghouls as well, like Cumulus and Cirrus, and has a frenemies type situation with Erys.
However, they have a strong connection with Mountain, as he's the one that gave Cupid her new name and has always had a gentle patience that others couldn't seem to maintain around her. He's always been steady and is one of the few people that Cupid can be around with getting hopelessly caught up in their thoughts and anxieties. It kills her every time they're apart for tour, so in my canon, Mountain is not the drummer for Skeletá—he elects to remain behind. For her.
Very recently, the two completed the mating ceremony, after many years of pining on both parts.

Erys is a ghoul with a bit of an attitude—they fuck around and toe the line of finding out just enough so they can remain on Earth. They're fun, they're flirty, they've deflowered half the Siblings of Sin and been with the other half after Dante's through with them. One of the most adored ghouls by everyone who doesn't have to clean up after them, Erys has it made.
Except for the fact that they aren't even supposed to be here—they co-opted a summoning for another ghoul entirely, only possible because of Iscariot XXXV's waning health. The unexpected strain of their summoning pushed the Iscariot into a bedridden state, and it wasn't much longer before they passed the title to Iscariot XXXVI. Erys has enough of a conscience to know it's their fault, and is more than aware of how terrified 36 was upon being Anointed; they've now made it their mission to protect the newest Iscariot and try to repay them for not dismissing them from service upon being Anointed.
While their best friend has an oddly nonspecific archrival in Deimos, Erys considera themselves the counterpart to Cupid—and very much dreams of the day that she lets them show her what, exactly, their trick with the tongue can do for her. They'll never admit if it goes deeper than basic animal attraction, just like she'll likely never admit that even the attraction is there—but they've got plenty of others to keep them busy in the meantime.

Hellebore is a straight-laced, seemingly no-nonsense type of person. They're a bit standoffish, and don't talk much—due to their resting bitch face, many write them off entirely.
Azazel didn't, though. The two met in The Pit and Hel knew fairly quickly that Zaz was their true mate. Things snowballed from there, and the two were mated and happy together.
Until Hel was Summoned.
The summoning ripped the two apart, violently, and it was years before they'd ever see each other again. Hel tolerated every moment, determined to get back to their mate one way or another. So when Sister Imperator needed a poison, Hel asked minimal questions and had only one demand: that she summon Azazel in return. It took longer than expected, but eventually Sister completed her end of the bargain—not without hurting Azazel in the process, though.
Hel will never admit to their part in the papacides, nor acknowledge what caused Sister Imperator's death, and now lives happily at the Ministry caring for their Garden and their mate.
